On January 13, 2021, the City of Huntington Beach kicked off its Town Hall Series on homelessness with a Town Hall meeting focused on the new Navigation Center. The meeting was led by Mayor Kim Carr and panelists Mercy House, the Homeless Task Force, and the Huntington Beach Police Department who described their multi-pronged approach to managing homelessness in our community.
